Application Architect REMOTE

Job Title : Application Architect (REMOTE)

Location : Baton Rouge LA

Duration : Up to 5 Years

The scope of the proposed services will include the following :

The Client is looking for a Resource who can serve as an architect for an organization providing suggestions solutions and reviews of current and new systems being developed. Ideally this person will come from a handson technical background knowing how to do the work of the teams they are working with. This person will work closely with other architects throughout the client to serve as a review of systems that they are working with to ensure that standards are being upheld across the organization.

Expertise and / or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory :

• Experience with the .NET framework public cloud environments (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud) private data center environments and Automation / Continuous Integration (GitHub Actions Azure DevOps Jenkins Octopus Deploy etc.)
• Experience in SDLC including associated deployment methodologies QA processes and performance tuning efforts
• Previous Infrastructure / System Engineering experience in heterogeneous environments Expert level technical skill in one or more technology disciplines (.net core application design; DevOps high availability solutions)
• Recent experience leading the technical design of distributed systems or other complex projects
• 10 years of relevant work experience delivering enterprise Customer facing solutions
• 6 years of relevant work experience designing and building enterprise class distributed systems
• 6 years of relevant work experience in highly regulated industries
