Job Title : Agile Product Owner

Location : Onsite - Person must be able to work 3 days a week in one of the following offices : Morris Plains, NJ / St. Louis, MO / Memphis, TN

MUST HAVES :

5+ years of experience in the Pharmacy Finance area including Billing and Collections knowledge and expertise (Claims submissions, insurance verification, Medical coding knowledge, denials, appeals, knowledge of regulatory billing regulations related to ACA, Medicare, Medicaid)
5+ years of experience as an Agile Product Owner supporting technical and operational support to Pharmacy Operations business
5+ years of experience with Jira and other Agile tools for Backlog Management, Stakeholder Management, and product road mapping.

Skills :

5-8 years relevant experience; i.e., business analysis and / or technology development

Experience in Pharmacy Finance area including Billing and Collections preferred

Experience working in an agile environment preferred PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office, Agile tools (Jira, Rally), Business Process Modeling tools

Ability to handle analysis from issue identification to proposal of potential solutions

Strong business and organizational skills

Demonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent technical, analytical, presentation skills and communication skills required.

Ability to effectively operate within a fast pace, dynamic organization

Ability to influence and build strong relationship across the organization

Proven ability to work in a team environment.
