Safety Supervisor

Amergis Staffing is currently seeking Safety Supervisors for a position in the Mebane, NC area. The details of this position are as follows : Position Details : ASAP Start Full time, 40 hours weekly Contract Length : 26 weeks Training Schedule : Monday - Friday, 12p - 8 : 30p Shift Schedule : Wednesday - Saturday, 4p - 2 : 30a Positions Responsibilities : Provides overall safety observation and communication with onsite contracting supervisory team Must participate in educational and recreational activities Provide oversight to ensure the safety, health and well-being of individuals in their charge Adheres to location safety and emergency guidelines Performs other duties as assigned / necessary Position Requirements : High School Diploma or equivalent Must have composite safe shoes for this position Experience observing and communicating safety matters preferred Computer proficiency (if applicable) Ability to effectively elicit / provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including but not limited to supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills; proficiency in the English language may be required Benefits At Amergis, we firmly believe that our employees are the heartbeat of our organization and we are happy to offer the following benefits : Competitive pay & weekly paychecks Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) savings plan Awards and recognition programs Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status.
