What You'll Do :

• Manage the salon’s daily operations with a focus on creating a high-energy, clean, and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and your team.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team to achieve sales and performance goals.
• Drive sales and memberships through effective leadership and strategy.
• Oversee budgeting, track performance metrics, and handle administrative duties like daily paperwork and cash management.
• Provide top-notch customer service to members and guests.
• Promote Palm Beach Tan both in-store and through local outreach to build brand awareness and drive traffic.

What We're Looking For :

Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in sales or customer service.

Strong sales-driven mindset with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business success.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle cash, budgets, and perform daily administrative duties.

Must be comfortable with marketing, both in-store and face-to-face with customers.

What We Offer :

Base salary plus bonus and commission total compensation $50,000-55,000.
