Job Description :

  • Investigation and documentation of clients’ and prospective clients specific needs and organizational requirements
  • Development of recommendations based on information gathered in investigation of clients’ specific needs and the features, functionality and capabilities of the software and or services
  • Preparation of proposals, quotes,and various other sales documents for clients and internal staff
  • Preparation and designing of presentations for clients
  • Presentation of products to clients
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships for territory
  • The Solutions Architect will act as the point of contact between organization and prospective clients
  • Achievement of sales goals for territory

Skills and Experience :

  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Innovative and able to think on their feet
  • Knowledge of employee related software systems (HR / Payroll / Time & Attendance)
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to make compelling presentations
  • Good understanding of business processes
  • Must be detail oriented and have ability to document sales process
  • Education :

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’ Degree in sales or marketing or any related business field is desired or Certifications for Human Resources or Payroll
  • Experience :

  • Minimum of 2 years in Sales role desired
  • Payroll or Human Resources experience desired

    Desktop Computer Skills

  • Databases - Using a computer application to manage large amounts of information, including creating and editing simple databases, inputting data, retrieving specific records, and creating reports to communicate the information.
  • Graphics - Working with pictures in graphics programs or other applications, including creating simple graphics, manipulating the appearance, and inserting graphics into other programs.
  • Internet - Using a computer application to create, manipulate, edit, and show virtual slide presentations.
  • Navigation - Using scroll bars, a mouse, and dialog boxes to work within the computer's operating system. Being able to access and switch between applications and files of interest.
  • Typing – Using a computer to accurately input information, 45 wpm
  • Presentations - Navigating the Internet to find information, including the ability to open and configure standard browsers; use searches, hypertext references, and transfer protocols; and send and retrieve electronic mail (e-mail).
  • Spreadsheets - Using a computer application to enter, manipulate, and format text and numerical data; insert, delete, and manipulate cells, rows, and columns; and create and save worksheets, charts, and graphs.
  • Word Processing - Using a computer application to type text, insert pictures, format, edit, print, save, and retrieve word processing documents
