Job Purpose :
The Human Resources Workforce Administrator plays a crucial role in the HR team. This position involves providing support for important processes such as hiring, performance management, compliance, and participation in projects which may include documentation and training. The Human Resource Workforce Administrator will work with other departments to support administrative activities that align with business needs and engagement.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties :
- Collaborates with the HR team and Company Leadership to review attendance infractions, timecard entries, disciplinary actions, and intake of employee relations concerns.
- Leads the Exit process including termination and severance documentation and communication with associates, HR, and Leaders, as necessary.
- Conducting and analyzing exit interviews to identify trends and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Responsible for participating in and completing special projects as assigned.
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
- Coordinates with Benefits team on associate questions, leave management and attendance inquiries.
- Partners with Payroll on severance, pay issues, and timekeeping processes.
- Will work onsite from the Plano location in a hybrid capacity.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities :
Capability to prioritize tasks with minimal directionStay updated on legislative changes, HR trends, and best practices to suggest improvements to employee experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Must be organized and work well in a fast-paced environment.Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills.Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED0-3 years of relevant experiencePreferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related discipline1+ years of experience administering general Human Resource duties.HR CertificationPhysical Requirements :
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to : stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and a variety of office equipment.Occasionally may need to reach, stoop, or kneel.Salary and Benefits :
