Marketing Channel Partner Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a highly analytical, metrics-driven, and strategic marketing professional to enhance engagement with domestic channel partners and maximize the impact of co-op marketing investments. This role requires a structured, program-focused approach with the ability to evaluate, optimize, and refine marketing efforts to ensure measurable ROI. The ideal candidate will bring both creativity and analytical rigor, helping to drive partner success and increase brand visibility.
- Channel Partner Engagement : Strengthen relationships with domestic channel partners to improve marketing collaboration and impact.
- Co-op Fund Optimization : Manage and analyze co-op marketing funds, ensuring efficient allocation, tracking, and measurable ROI.
- Performance & Data Analytics : Implement metrics-driven strategies to assess marketing effectiveness and optimize campaigns for partner success.
- Program & Project Management : Develop structured, scalable marketing programs to enhance partner engagement and improve marketing execution.
- Strategic Evaluation : Assess existing marketing initiatives, identify gaps, and implement data-backed improvements to stay competitive in a shifting market.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with internal marketing, sales, and business teams to align strategies and improve channel marketing initiatives.
- Creative Problem Solving : Bring fresh ideas and innovation to enhance marketing programs, increase visibility, and differentiate from competitors.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in channel marketing, partner engagement, or co-op fund management.Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.Expertise in marketing program development and execution.Experience managing marketing budgets and co-op funds with a track record of ROI-driven results.Ability to evaluate, optimize, and enhance marketing campaigns and programs.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms, and project management software like Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Tableau, or Wrike.Company Description
