The Manager acts as a leader within the walls of the brewpub to assist in meeting & exceeding our Mission, Core Values, and Key Business Drivers. You’ll be directing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with Pinthouse standards in across areas of operation, guest relations, inventory & team management, and growth of your team. The manager ensures that the highest quality products and hospitality are delivered to each and every guest, making their experience great!
Responsibilities :
Maintain a positive work culture through Focused Feedback and RecognitionResponsible for all guest and Pinthouse service issue resolutions while on shiftResponsible for all product and service given during shiftBe the “Host of the party” engaging guests and team members throughout the shift.Facilitate all recruiting and hiring at the pubPrepare and execute team member schedules, reviews and development for Area of ResponsibilityMaintain a thorough and detailed knowledge of the POS system and our best practicesMaintain, execute, sign-off, and audit shift S&P, DCL, write-ups, coaching logs, recruiting, and keg checklists to 100% completionEnter invoices properly and in a timely mannerAmend and lead pre-shift Huddles to disseminate important Pinthouse infoQualifications
3+ years of restaurant management experienceBrewpub experience is a plus!
Food Manager CertificationTABC CertificationCicerone 1 Certification
