We're seeking a motivated and organized Sales Manager to join our team and drive membership sales and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Membership Sales : Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for memberships.
- Revenue Growth : Identify opportunities for increasing studio revenue through promotions and events.
- Community Outreach : Engage with the local community to promote CycleBar and build relationships with potential members.
- Staff Management Support : Assist the General Manager in managing staff, including training and performance evaluations.
- Studio Communication : Handle studio emails and ensure timely responses to member inquiries.
