Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary service and have a positive attitude
  • Prospect for new business for commercial and personal lines from referrals, networking, cold calling, telephone prospecting, warm leads, and other lead sources.
  • Schedule Appointments and Educate & Advise Clients on their policies
  • Handle objections , develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Maintain client retention and product loyalty by following up with clients. Continue to look for and recognize opportunities to cross-sell / account rounding
  • Meet sales goals and phone time established by management

Requirements

  • Georgia Property and Casualty License required
  • 1+ years of prior sales experience
  • Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines, and technology.
  • Navigate Microsoft Office Suite and Above-average computer skills
  • Use office equipment such as computers, multi-line phone systems, copiers, etc.
  • Ability to type, be detail-oriented, and multitask
