Associate Attorney

Role Description

This is a full-time "come and go as you please" position after an initial training period 60-90 days in our Austin, Texas office. Attorney are expected to come in to the office on an as needed basis such as for office meetings and client meetings. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating, and practicing personal injury law. The role will involve handling mostly car accident cases as well as other types of personal injury cases.

Qualifications

• Texas bar license is required
• Strong desire to practice personal injury law
• Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus!
• Ability to provide sound legal advice
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in personal injury law is a plus but not required

Starting salary is 100k for entry level attorneys plus production bonuses! For more experienced lawyers we are open to negotiate.
