We are seeking a customer-focused and motivated Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, providing product / service information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or conduct surveys.
- Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue and offering appropriate solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using the company's CRM system.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).Strong communication and active listening skills.Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in computer systems, CRM software, and data entry.Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.Benefits
