We are seeking a customer-focused and motivated Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, providing product / service information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or conduct surveys.
  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using the company's CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
  • Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, CRM software, and data entry.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
