Quality Engineer

As a Quality Engineer ,you will play a critical role in supporting the technical needs of our customers. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their engineering and quality requirements, and delivering tailored support and solutions that drive their success. Your technical acumen, interpersonal skills, and exceptional writing abilities will be essential in conveying our value proposition and securing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Use statistical analysis approaches to analyze and improve quality KPIs. Periodically report and present performance metrics to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to identify root causes, take corrective actions, and propose preventive actions in an event of excursions or quality incident.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials used in the manufacturing line.
• Support internal auditing activities that would drive continuous improvement of the process and QMS.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, including measurement system analysis records, internal auditing, and quality control plans.
• Respond to production quality defects in real time in order to prevent repeated occurrences.

Qualifications
