About the Job : The Electrical Engineering Supervisor oversees the staff, safety, and productivity of the Electrical Engineering Department. This management level position also includes responsibility for productivity, volume, budget adherence, quality, technology innovation, staff development, and continuous improvement.

- Directly responsible for monitoring and improving the project deliverables, timelines, and milestones to increase efficiency, production, quality, and volume.
- Ensure the work of subordinates and subcontractors meets quality, code compliance, and consistency.
- Ensure designs and installations meet all applicable codes.
- Work closely with Project Management, Customers, and Supply Chain Partners to execute orders efficiently and profitably from initial specifications, design, procurement, test, programming, installation, commissioning, and optimization.
- Work closely with the Service Department and directly with Customers to promote and deliver after-Sales support, training, and customizations.
- Devise and maintain a system of data management that aligns with overall Company strategies to ensure that working data and as-sold data is secure, organized, and properly maintained.
- Work in a highly organized and efficient manner with a very customer-centric focus.
Education / Experience
Salary : $115,000-$130,000
Job Style : On-site
Travel : Travel up to 20%, including internationally.
