About the Job : The Electrical Engineering Supervisor oversees the staff, safety, and productivity of the Electrical Engineering Department. This management level position also includes responsibility for productivity, volume, budget adherence, quality, technology innovation, staff development, and continuous improvement.

- Work closely with Project Management, Customers, and Supply Chain Partners to execute orders efficiently and profitably from initial specifications, design, procurement, test, programming, installation, commissioning, and optimization.
- Work closely with the Service Department and directly with Customers to promote and deliver after-Sales support, training, and customizations.
- Devise and maintain a system of data management that aligns with overall Company strategies to ensure that working data and as-sold data is secure, organized, and properly maintained.
- Work in a highly organized and efficient manner with a very customer-centric focus.
