Experience in School District defense is required Must be knowledgeable in class actions and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) inclusive. Holding a Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor degree. Active membership in the California State Bar, in good standing. Demonstrated ability in research, analysis, and negotiation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
