A company is looking for an Actuary to support a value-based care business model for the pediatric Medicaid population.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop processes to measure performance of value-based / shared savings arrangements and communicate insights to stakeholdersAnalyze profitability and resource allocation to inform strategic recommendations to senior leadershipPrepare analyses for shared savings settlement discussions with payer partnersRequired QualificationsAssociate or Fellow of the Society of ActuariesBachelor's degreeMinimum of 5 years of health actuarial experience, preferably with value-based reimbursement strategiesStrong SQL skillsActuarial knowledge of best practices for evaluation, modeling, and analytics
