Overview :

The State is seeking an experienced Application Program Manager to assist in expanding its use of the Intelligrants platform for disaster recovery grants management. This position will provide ongoing support and strategic planning for the implementation, usage, and reporting of Intelligrants, ensuring its effective utilization throughout the lifecycle of disaster recovery grant programs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Intelligrants Expansion : Assist in the expansion of the use of Intelligrants for managing disaster recovery grants based on the complexity of evolving grant programs.
  • Planning & Reporting : Develop comprehensive plans and provide regular progress reports on the adoption and use of Intelligrants , ensuring that stakeholders are kept informed of key milestones and statuses.
  • Grant Management Support : Oversee and provide guidance on the implementation and usage of Intelligrants, specifically for disaster recovery grants.
  • Status Reporting & Program Management : Utilize Agile / Scrum methodologies to provide relevant and timely information and Office of Technology Services (OTS) leadership, ensuring clear visibility into program progress.
  • Collaboration & Coordination : Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including software vendors, to ensure smooth operation and optimization of the Intelligrants system.
  • Quality Assurance : Ensure that the disaster recovery grant programs using Intelligrants are meeting their goals, timelines, and budgets while adhering to required standards and regulations.

Required Qualifications :

  • Experience :

    • Proven experience in the installation, implementation, and usage of Intelligrants grant management software, preferably within a public sector context.

  • Demonstrated expertise in grant management, specifically in disaster recovery programs.
  • Strong background in Agile / Scrum methodologies and project management techniques.
  • Skills :

    • Solid understanding of disaster recovery grant management processes.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to provide clear reporting and updates to leadership.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Proficiency in developing strategic plans and generating status reports.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Project Management, Public Administration, Information Technology) or equivalent experience.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Previous experience working with state or government entities.
  • Familiarity with public sector compliance and regulatory requirements regarding disaster recovery grants.
