POSITION OVERVIEW
As the Sr. Manager of Supply Chain, you will optimize our supply chain operations, building strong supplier relationships, collaborating with Sysco representatives, and ensuring efficient procurement and delivery to our warehouse facilities. Your strategic mindset, proactive approach, and commitment to high-quality standards will help drive Black Rock Coffee Bar’s overall success.

LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Sr. Manager of Supply Chain, you will employ a strategic mindset and proactive approach to optimize supply chain processes. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills foster seamless interactions with suppliers and team members. Your business maturity ensures high-quality standards and effective decision-making, navigating complex challenges with professionalism.

You are tasked with identifying innovative opportunities and proposing ideas while carefully evaluating risks and potential outcomes. You will take accountability by promptly addressing and escalating issues and by communicating the strengths and weaknesses of the department and / or its functions, emphasizing their impact on organizational initiatives.
Modeling collaboration and thoughtful participation is essential for both the growth of the company and the development of your direct reports. You will consistently and effectively present updates on ongoing projects to cross-functional teams and leadership, demonstrating exceptional clarity and contagious enthusiasm. You will exhibit a proactive drive for improvement, constantly seeking learning opportunities and effectively applying lessons learned through reflection, adjustment, and continuous improvement efforts.
Work Environment. This position operates primarily in an office environment (onsite or remote) with approximately 15% travel required to attend meetings, events, and engagements with internal and external stakeholders.
