The Watergate Hotel is currently seeking experienced cocktail servers to join our dynamic food & beverage team! Successful candidates will possess the following skills and expertise :

• 2+ years direct related cocktail serving and / or bartending experience is required; those with fine dining, upscale and / or luxury hotel experience will be strongly preferred.
• Must possess well rounded beverage knowledge (including craft cocktails, wine, beer, whiskey, etc.) with a strong ability to up-sell and educate our guests on our menu offerings.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule that will include late nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be physically able to comply with the demands of the position such as : standing / walking for long periods of time while on shift; carrying / lifting heavy trays; negotiating stairs with ease.
• Must be an excellent communicator with fluency in English required; those with bi-lingual abilities will be preferred.
• High school diploma is required.
