Job Description

Sourcing Candidates : Utilize a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, industry networks, and referrals, to identify and attract skilled electricians.

Conducting hiring events and job fairs at hotels, association partners, and at our headquarters.

Screening and Interviewing : Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization

Skills and Requirements

Experience : 5+ years of proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the construction or electrical sectors.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required. Experience in lieu of degree will be considered.

Strong understanding of electrical trade requirements and qualifications. null
