A company is looking for an ITM - Live Teller Connect Supervisor - Onsite.Key Responsibilities : Oversee daily operations of the ITM and LTC department, including staff scheduling and workflow managementProvide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members, ensuring compliance and sales goals are metHandle escalated service issues, conduct audits, and ensure the proper functioning of ITM machinesRequired Qualifications : 3+ years of experience in branch / department operations within a Credit Union or financial services industry, including 1 year in a team lead roleSolid knowledge of federal, state, and NCUA regulationsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to analyze and solve member service issuesTwo-year college degree or equivalent related specialized course of studyBilingual and Notary certification preferred
