Role description :
We are seeking a talented and commercially astute Marketing Manager with a
passion for technology and the Built Environment. The ideal candidate will be a
self-starter with competence in developing and executing marketing strategies
that drive value proposition, brand identity, lead generation, and product
adoption across our software solutions, as well as formulating Go-to-Market
strategies for new solutions introduced into the North American Region.
The candidate must have experience with working in a professional
organization and will collaborate with Executives, USA Partners, as well as
International Sales, Product Management, and Customer Success teams to
support customer expansion.
Requirements
Growth Strategy & Planning : Develop and execute comprehensive
marketing plans aligned with Elecosoft's growth objectives in the US, Set
marketing budgets, prioritize key initiatives, and ensure efficient use of
resources, Identify new market opportunities, including digital sales
channels and emerging industry trends.
including SEO, SEM, paid media, and social media campaigns, Drive the
launch and management of the e-commerce platform for Asta Powerproject
and related products. Optimize digital funnels for customer acquisition,
retention, and conversion. Oversee website performance, ensuring an
exceptional user experience and effective lead generation.
innovative marketing campaigns using cutting-edge tools and trends.
Create demand generation programs through ABM, paid ads, email
marketing, and webinars. Build nurture sequences for customer
engagement and pipeline acceleration.
