Role description :

We are seeking a talented and commercially astute Marketing Manager with a

passion for technology and the Built Environment. The ideal candidate will be a

self-starter with competence in developing and executing marketing strategies

that drive value proposition, brand identity, lead generation, and product

adoption across our software solutions, as well as formulating Go-to-Market

strategies for new solutions introduced into the North American Region.

The candidate must have experience with working in a professional

organization and will collaborate with Executives, USA Partners, as well as

International Sales, Product Management, and Customer Success teams to

support customer expansion.

Requirements

Growth Strategy & Planning : Develop and execute comprehensive

marketing plans aligned with Elecosoft's growth objectives in the US, Set

marketing budgets, prioritize key initiatives, and ensure efficient use of

resources, Identify new market opportunities, including digital sales

channels and emerging industry trends.

  • Digital Marketing & E-commerce : Lead the digital marketing strategy,

including SEO, SEM, paid media, and social media campaigns, Drive the

launch and management of the e-commerce platform for Asta Powerproject

and related products. Optimize digital funnels for customer acquisition,

retention, and conversion. Oversee website performance, ensuring an

exceptional user experience and effective lead generation.

  • Innovative Campaigns & Lead Generation : Design and implement
  • innovative marketing campaigns using cutting-edge tools and trends.

    Create demand generation programs through ABM, paid ads, email

    marketing, and webinars. Build nurture sequences for customer

    engagement and pipeline acceleration.

  • Brand Development & Positioning : Strengthen Elecosoft's brand
  • presence in the US through consistent messaging and positioning.

    Establish the company as a thought leader by producing industry-relevant

    content and securing media placements.

  • Content Strategy & Development : Create compelling content, including
  • blogs, case studies, videos, and whitepapers. Develop customer success

    stories and product-focused campaigns to highlight product benefits.

  • Analytics & Performance Measurement : Use data-driven insights to
  • measure campaign effectiveness, improve ROI, and optimize marketing

    efforts. Deliver regular performance reports and recommend actionable

    improvements.

  • Event Marketing & Outreach : Plan and manage events, including industry
  • conferences, webinars, and customer engagement forums. Support virtual

    and in-person events, ensuring high visibility and impactful customer

    interactions.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Sales, Product
  • Management, and Customer Success teams to ensure cohesive go-to-

    market strategies. Partner with the global marketing team for campaign

    alignment and shared initiatives.

  • External Agency & Partner Management : Manage relationships with PR
  • firms, SEO agencies, content creators, and other external vendors. Over

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and growth.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple
  • initiatives simultaneously.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and
  • drive results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in marketing (preferred but not required - will
  • consider equivalent work experience) Business, Communications, or a

    related field.

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for candidates
  • with experience in high-growth companies. Experience working in a Matrix

    organization major plus.

  • Proven track record of building and executing marketing strategies that
  • support rapid business expansion and revenue growth.

  • Experience with digital marketing, lead generation, and content marketing.
