Job descriptionPrevious automotive parts sales experience preferred CDK experience preferred. Previous experience working in a dealership is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent Must have general computer skills and knowledge. Must possess professional customer service skills Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must have a valid WI Drivers License and Pass a Background Check before starting in this role. Assist in the selling, ordering and receiving of parts Answering phone calls, and responding to emails in a professional and courteous manner Monitor, tracking and receiving of parts orders and shipments Generating and receiving of purchase orders Tagging, processing and monitoring warranty parts Must complete all manufacture / dealership training courses and certifications that apply to job title Staying up to date with manufacture service bulletins, recalls and policies Must keep cleanliness of workspace Assist in general upkeep, and efficiency of the parts department. Applicant must be team oriented.
Our Busy Toyota Parts Department needs to add a Team Member ASAP! Looking for a counter person to assist in the selling, ordering and delivery of automotive parts to our service department, and outside customers.
