Tucson , and You Move Me . As a leader in our industry, we're expanding rapidly and need a driven recruiter to help us attract top talent to power our success.

What You'll Do

  • Own the Recruiting Process : Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple locations, ensuring we meet staffing goals across all businesses.
  • Source Top Talent : Post creative and compelling job ads across platforms to stand out and attract candidates.
  • Lead Interviews : Schedule and conduct virtual and in-person interviews to evaluate and hire the best.
  • Collaborate with Operations : Partner with our leadership teams to make informed hiring decisions.
  • Organize Employee Records : Ensure all employee documentation is accurate, complete, and uploaded promptly.
