A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Employee Relations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage complex workplace investigations and mediate disputes between employees and managersProvide expert advice on policy interpretation and ensure compliance with employment lawsDevelop and implement proactive employee relations strategies to promote a positive work environmentRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree or above (Masters preferred) or 6+ years of relevant experienceUnderstanding of employment law implications and compliance issuesExperience in developing and delivering effective employee relations and compliance training materialsExperience managing, coaching, and mentoring teamsAbility to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously in a flexible environment
