Human Resource Generalist

We are currently seeking an  Interim Human Resource Generalist  to support a dynamic organization in the Triad area of NC. This is a  contract  position, reporting onsite 5 days a week. The contract will last  for 5 months,  starting  mid March 2025.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Collaborate as a key member of the HR team, driving engagement and fostering a culture of inclusivity and accountability.

Lead and refine HR initiatives that enhance the employee experience and contribute to business success.

Identify areas for process improvements and implement strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Ensure a safe and supportive workplace by promoting a culture of well-being and accountability.

Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulations.

What You’ll Bring :

Experience in ADP ( REQUIRED )
