Clinic Director - Ellie Mental Health, Madison, WI!

We are looking for someone who is passionate about mental health and an individual who wants to be part of an amazing team. Culture and purpose are two really important aspects of what success looks like for this clinic and you get to help build it!

  • You : will be the Clinic Director at Ellie Mental Health - Madison, WI
  • You : get to share your vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care

  • You will have the opportunity to run a private practice, while having the support of shared services and a committed team behind you
  • The Clinic Director will :

  • Be highly compensated (salary, commissions, and bonuses!)
  • Be responsible for the overall performance and operation of a clinic composed of approximately 10-12 professional outpatient therapists
  • Be able to build a team - hire and recruit fantastic unique, and fun-loving clinicians
  • Manage clinic performance and client satisfaction; providing training and ongoing developmental support; meeting fiscal goals; marketing clinical services and building community partnerships and referrals, as well as maintaining a reasonable client caseload.
  • Reporting & Supervision

  • Clinic Director works closely with local Franchisee
  • All clinic therapists for this clinic will report to you as the Clinic Director
  • Responsibilities include :

    Hiring, Training, and Staff Management

    Supervision and Consultation

    Client Care

    Clinic Oversight

    Clinic Outreach, Marketing, and Networking

    Organizational Leadership

    Required Skills / Abilities

  • Master’s Degree or higher education in mental health discipline
  • Independently licensed with a dual MN-WI or Wisconsin-issued clinical practice license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LP), or willingness to obtain their WI licensure.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill sets
  • Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications
  • Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record systems
