Are you a compliance expert with a passion for ensuring ethical practices in healthcare? Join our team as a Senior Consultant – Compliance Programs , where you will play a critical role in implementing and monitoring compliance initiatives across the health system.
Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs to align with federal healthcare regulations, internal policies, and the Code of Conduct.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards from OCR, OIG, DOJ, and CMS.
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and implement corrective action plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with leadership to report on compliance developments, including investigations and monitoring activities.
- Oversee compliance policies, procedures, training programs, and enforcement of the Code of Conduct.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.Experience : At least six (6) years in a healthcare administrative, financial, or compliance role, ideally with a large healthcare organization or academic medical center.Skills : Strong leadership, analytical, and communication abilities; expertise in federal and state healthcare compliance regulations.Certifications : Current certification in one of the following or ability to obtain within 18 months :Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC)Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP)Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC)Certified in Healthcare Research Compliance (CHRC)Certified Professional Compliance Officer (CPCO)Other relevant healthcare compliance certificationsKey Details :
