REGISTERED NURSE

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team!

You will be responsible for assessing clients and supervising the delivery of nursing services throughout the client base.

AREAS WE SERVE Sharpsburg, Senoia, Fairburn, Carrolton, Dallas, Lithia Springs, Villa Rica, Tyrone, Union City, Peachtree City, Newnan, Fayetteville, Douglasville, Atlanta

Responsibilities :

Directly perform initial and ongoing assessments for clients.

Visiting clients in-person every 60- 90 day to evaluate client's progress and depending on the level of care

Provide performance monitoring of caregivers.

Identify and reduce risks throughout the client census.

Maintain accurate patient medical records

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
