The Opportunity :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Deployment Manager to oversee a team rolling-out new electronic health record ( EHR ) sof tware solutions at the Department of Veterans Affairs ( VA ) . The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of EHR systems, healthcare IT, project management, and sof tware deployment processes. It requires someone with leadership experience that can identify challenges and mitigate risk in support of the overall mission. This role requires an execution-minded driver with excellent communication skills, a discipline to manage to a schedule, and a passion for improving healthcare through technology for our country's veterans.

As a lead program manager on our team, you'll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding both the team and the effort. Our VA clients will t rus t you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in the healthcare IT transformation market, you'll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client's mission. You'll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. You Have :

• Ability to manage a team through a complex end-to-end deployment process for our VA clients in the EHR Modernization ( EHRM ) program
• Ability to foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including technical, functional, clinical, and programmatic, to ensure successful EHR implementations
• Ability to identify project risks, and create, maintain, and execute against detailed project plans and timelines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel domestically up to 90% of the time
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability / Fitness determination based on client requirements
• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of experience in project management, or 25+ years of experience in project management in lieu of a degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
