Deployment Manager, Senior
The Opportunity :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Deployment Manager to oversee a team rolling-out new electronic health record ( EHR ) sof tware solutions at the Department of Veterans Affairs ( VA ) . The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of EHR systems, healthcare IT, project management, and sof tware deployment processes. It requires someone with leadership experience that can identify challenges and mitigate risk in support of the overall mission. This role requires an execution-minded driver with excellent communication skills, a discipline to manage to a schedule, and a passion for improving healthcare through technology for our country's veterans.
As a lead program manager on our team, you'll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding both the team and the effort. Our VA clients will t rus t you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in the healthcare IT transformation market, you'll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client's mission. You'll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. This is your chance to impact healthcare provided to our nations' veterans while sharing your knowledge and expertise of program management methodologies.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
