    As a Training Instructor at Chicken Salad Chick, you will be our Brand ambassador and must demonstrate and uphold our culture at all times. In this role you will be responsible for training franchise owners, restaurant leaders and managers in their respective roles so they can run great restaurants.

    You will be expected to design and lead training sessions to develop participants skills in the use of all operational support platforms and Brand standards. The Training & Development Department seeks to continuously improve its methods and materials and your feedback will be essential in achieving this goal.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Design and lead training for franchise owners, restaurant leaders, managers and corporate staff to develop their knowledge of Brand systems and processes and develop their skills in the areas of leadership, restaurant operations and use of business technology platforms

    Schedule and conduct classroom, in-restaurant and virtual learning sessions

    Establish open lines of communication with franchise owners and restaurant leaders and be able to provide performance feedback on training participants

    Continually improve training methods, materials and delivery

    Order training materials and supplies

    Assist with Company initiatives and provide operational support when needed

    Operate within the established department budget

    Qualifications

    Education

    High school diploma or GED required

    Bachelors degree preferred

    Experience

    Previous restaurant management experience desired

    Other

    Must be able to travel locally

    Must be willing to relocate to Atlanta, Georgia

    Must be able to demonstrate the Chicken Salad Chick culture

    Must be comfortable presenting material in a classroom, in a restaurant and virtually

    Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (experience with PhotoShop and e-learning authoring software is a plus)
