Job Title : Global Brand Equity Sr. Manager / Director - Violife

Location : Hackensack 2 / 3 per week

Compensation Range is 170-190K

The Role

As Global Brand Equity Sr. Manager / Director you will be the architect of Violife's global brand identity, ensuring it resonates deeply in culture, sparks conversation, and builds a passionate community. Inspired by category disruptors like Liquid Death, e.l.f., and Dig, you'll develop strategies that make Violife more than just a productit's a movement.

You will collaborate closely with the Global Head of Design, Head of Innovation, and market leads  to ensure brand consistency, impact, and growth across all touchpoints. You will also lead the global website redesign  and oversee all social media channels , ensuring they are best-in-class, engaging, and shareable.

Your mission : build a brand that earns attention, fuels organic brand love, and shows up in culture in a way that is bold, unexpected, and impossible to ignore.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Cultural Impact

  • Define and evolve Violife's global brand strategy, ensuring it is bold, differentiated, and culture-led.
  • Work closely with the Global Head of Design  to ensure the brand's visual identity is disruptive, ownable, and consistent across markets.
  • Partner with the Head of Innovation  to ensure new products align with the brand's ethos and generate excitement.
  • Develop global brand campaigns and toolkits that market leads can adapt locally while maintaining brand consistency.

Leading a Conversation-Driving Brand

  • Build a brand that is naturally shareable, creating content that earns attention rather than demands it.
  • Develop disruptive, culture-first activations that fuel organic media coverage and consumer advocacy.
  • Leverage humor, irreverence, and bold storytelling to ensure Violife is always part of the conversation.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of internet culture, meme marketing, and viral moments, using them to amplify the brand's presence.
  • Social & Earned Media Leadership

  • Oversee and execute a cutting-edge social media strategy  that prioritizes engagement, authenticity, and community-building.
  • Lead the global website redesign , ensuring it reflects Violife's bold personality and serves as a hub for brand storytelling.
  • Develop partnerships with influencers, creators, and unexpected brand collaborators to drive organic reach and cultural relevance.
  • Turn customers into passionate brand advocates through UGC, creator collaborations, and surprise-and-delight moments.
  • Ensure each social media channel  (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.) is optimized for engagement and growth.
  • Creative & Campaign Development

  • Partner with in-house and agency creative teams to craft boundary-pushing brand campaigns.
  • Ensure all brand touchpointswhether digital, experiential, or traditionalfeel unmistakably Violife.
  • Push for work that doesn't just market the brand but becomes a part of culture.
  • Consumer & Cultural Insights

  • Stay tapped into cultural, social, and consumer trends to inform brand and campaign strategies.
  • Analyze brand health, social engagement, and earned media impact to refine and evolve brand initiatives.
  • Team Leadership & Agency Management

  • Inspire, mentor, and lead a team of creatives, strategists, and social media experts.
  • Manage agency relationships to ensure breakthrough creative and earned-first thinking.
  • What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or advertising, with a focus on culture-driven brands.
  • Proven success in leading social and earned media strategies  that drive engagement and brand love.
  • Experience in website redesign projects , ensuring brand consistency and digital excellence.
  • A deep understanding of how to create a brand that earns attention rather than buys it.
  • Strong knowledge of internet culture, emerging platforms, and what makes content go viral.
  • Experience working with disruptive brands that challenge category norms.
  • A mix of strategic thinking, creative instincts, and a fearless approach to brand building.
