Summary
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing existing business relationships and driving sales growth, while reporting to the Regional Business Manager.
Essential Skills & Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Medical Sciences, Marketing, or Business preferred from an accredited institution.
- 2+ years Medical-related Business to Business Sales Experience preferred.
- 2-5 years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience preferred.
- Experience calling on Pediatricians / Family Practice highly preferred, but not required.
- Experience with Allergy products is a plus.
Roles & Responsibilities
Demonstrated track record of success in growing assigned business through individual sales efforts.Must accept responsibility for overall territory management, and allocating resources and coordinating individual or corporate resources to meet objectives effectively and within timelines.Must understand the steps necessary to close business and the dynamics of the entire sales process.Must develop and grow business with new accounts while maintaining current business with top accounts.Must leverage existing account relationships; close new categories & use as references.Must maintain thorough knowledge of current product line.Must attend local, regional, nationwide meetings as scheduled.Must maintain a territory budget and P&L.
