Accountant Local Accounting team seeking an experienced Accountant to support AR, cash apps, and GL during audit prep. Salary is $50-$58,000, DOE ABOUT THE COMANY Our client's organization provides goods to wholesalers and are seeking an interim Accountant Work with a team self-described as warm and a place where "we laugh everyday" No need to use personal equipment - company laptop will be provided Your superb written and verbal communication skills will be key in this position RESPONSIBILITES OF THE ACCOUNTANT : The Accountant will coordinate Aging communication with vendors for 3 entities The Accountant will assist with AR tasks, including resolving issues and reconciling accounts Review and process cash applications and prep vendor payments Assist with light GL support by posting entries and pulling information for audit prep EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTANT : Must be tech-savvy and comfortable managing workload remotely Must have general ledger & AR experience Great communication and customer services skills are needed for vendor communications Plus (but not a must) : Ability to perform If / Then lookups in Excel Salary is $50,000-$58,000, DOE
