We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Sports Event Manager to coordinate and book exceptional sports travel experiences. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and arranging sports-related trips, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and event ticketing. Responsibilities : Research, design, and manage customized travel itineraries for clients. Assess client needs and preferences to ensure tailored trip planning. Stay informed on industry trends, travel restrictions, and best practices. Book travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and event tickets. Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after travel. Handle client inquiries and resolve any booking-related issues. Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on travel products and services. Requirements : Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (sales experience is a plus). Access to a smartphone with internet; a laptop is recommended but not required. Prior customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required. Passion for travel and willingness to learn about the industry.
