Saratoga Cleaners is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This front-end team member will assist customers at the dry cleaning counter with dropping off and picking up orders, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
Schedule :
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Perform dry cleaning counter duties, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Check in customer orders (laundry items) and tag garments with ID tags.
- Process customer orders at checkout, including cashier duties and handling payments.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Perform general office tasks, including customer calls and basic Microsoft Office functions.
- Coordinate with production staff to effectively communicate customer requests and special instructions.
Requirements :
Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience required.Previous experience handling transactions and payments.Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.Strong communication and organizational skills.Compensation and Benefits :
