This client is looking for a Corporate Counsel with the main responsibility of incorporating the latest technology to drive the company to further growth. This will involve working with the business on a global scale to partner on internal systems, cybersecurity, and supporting fast-growing technology like generative AI.

Responsibilities :

• Draft and negotiate legal agreements concerning technology, hardware, systems, and other commercial-related documents
• Work closely with InfoSec and Compliance and advice on various data privacy and data security matters
• Counsel management on legal risks and issues that impact the business
• Manage outside counsel as needed
