As a leader in the video production industry, we are passionate about fostering collaboration and inspiring creativity in every project we undertake.Position Overview : The Executive Producer at Mills James Cincinnati is a key leadership role responsible for managing and inspiring a team of talented creatives to deliver high-quality video production projects that align with Mills James' reputation for excellence. Reporting directly to department leadership, this role involves overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Success in this role requires a keen ability to navigate the fast-paced nature of the industry, ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction.Team Leadership and DevelopmentLead, inspire, and mentor a team of creative professionals, cultivating a positive and inclusive in-office culture.Provide guidance and professional development opportunities to support team members' growth and success within the organization.Facilitate collaborative brainstorming sessions to develop innovative project ideas and strategies.Oversee team schedules, manage workloads, and ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects.Project Oversight and Budget ManagementCollaborate with the operations manager and other internal teams to develop and finalize project proposals, budgets, and schedules.Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with budgetary and timeline requirements, maintaining the company's high standards.Assess the need for freelance resources and strategically balance them with internal capabilities.Client Engagement and StrategyBuild and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.Contribute to the development of creative and business strategies that support the company's goals and vision.Represent Mills James professionally at production sites to evaluate team performance and ensure quality control.Qualifications : At least five (5) years of experience in a managerial or leadership role within the video production or agency industry.Strong knowledge of video production processes, technologies, and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships while delivering projects on time and within budget.Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Physical Requirements : This role requires the ability to occasionally travel to production sites and navigate varying physical environments.
