A company is looking for a Practice Manager to oversee and optimize daily operations in a telehealth practice.Key ResponsibilitiesManage escalated issues involving patients, providers, or technology toolsDesign and improve operational workflows to enhance efficiency and patient / provider experienceMonitor performance against service-level agreements (SLAs) and implement necessary corrective actionsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (Master's preferred)3+ years of experience in healthcare administration or practice management, preferably in a digital or telehealth settingProficiency with EHR systems, telehealth platforms, and data analysis toolsStrong analytical mindset to interpret data and drive process improvementsProven leadership abilities in team building and implementing new processes or technologies
