AAP Staff, a growing, family-owned business, is seeking Bilingual Recruiters to join our team. We specialize in light industrial staffing, partnering with clients across industries like manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics. Our focus is on delivering timely, customized staffing solutions while building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure timely placements and maintain a strong sense of urgency to meet staffing demands. Your efforts will help candidates find quality roles while providing proactive solutions that support our clients' operations and business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and ensure timely delivery of staffing solutions.
  • Source and attract top talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for client positions.
  • Maintain a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines for job placements and reassignment requests.
  • Ensure all recruitment processes comply with legal and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to support long-term partnerships.
  • Manage and update candidate records and job orders accurately in the system.
  • Address client and candidate concerns promptly with effective, solution-oriented responses.
  • Support day-to-day operations, including payroll processing, auditing, and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or related fields, preferably within the light industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of light industrial roles such as manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams to achieve shared business objectives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency and adaptability.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with candidates and clients in person, via phone, and through email.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (required).
  • Passion for providing outstanding customer service and helping others succeed.
