Job descriptionSupport project setup, maintenance, and invoicing Process and bill invoices out of company software Communicate directly with clients regarding billing concerns and requirements Review contracts for project and billing details Identify and correct invoice errors Other duties as assigned A minimum of 2 years of client invoicing or related accounting experience, preferably in the survey, architectural, or engineering industry Experience with BST billing software is highly preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, as well as QuickBooks experience. Excellent judgment, attention to detail, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and track deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Highly motivated team player and self-starter who can work proactively with minimal supervision
We are looking for a skilled Billing Specialist for a temp-to-perm opportunity with a fantastic company offering growth potential. The perfect candidate will have 2 years of client invoicing experience, along with BST billing software experience. This role is onsite, located in Austin, TX.
