Direct Service Provider - Part Time

CBC Education has been dedicated to providing exceptional services to individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities since 2002. Our services include ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) DIR / Floortime and Social Skills Training for infants schoolaged children teens and adults. We serve individuals from a variety of backgrounds and our team is equally diverse.

AREAS WE SERVE

We serve clients in various cities across the San Gabriel Valley and Los Angeles including but not limited to South Gate Whittier El Monte Baldwin Park South LA East LA San Gabriel Pomona and surrounding areas.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Our ABA Program is seeking to fill a parttime position with enthusiastic and passionate individuals who can work closely with clients and their parents. ABA Therapy is conducted in the clients home where the specialist will work 1 : 1 with the client following a personalized intervention plan.

The successful candidate will undergo a monthlong paid training program consisting of three components : RBT 40hour online modules a 5day inperson training session and observational learning. Working alongside our clinical staff the candidate will tailor ABA interventions to meet the unique needs of each client. Additionally the candidate will be responsible for providing parent training on ABA interventions and offering constructive feedback to both clients and parents.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• A minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelors degree preferred but  NOT required.
• 1year experience working with children preferred but  NOT required
• Be available for a minimum of 15 hours per week (Monday Friday between the hours of 2pm 8pm and Saturdays between the hours of 8am 6pm)
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish Cantonese Mandarin)
• Valid Drivers license car insurance and personal vehicle for means of transportation.
• Be willing to drive to clients homes within a 25 mile radios from our San Gabriel Office.
• Daily Computer & Internet Access
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Great communication and problemsolving skills.
