Job description

Royal Vista Veterinary Specialist is now hiring a Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join their team! This position is full-time position. The schedule for this position is Tue-Fri 1-11pm

The ideal candidate :

  • Possesses strong communication skills
  • Provides exceptional customer service
  • Is a team player
  • Minimum of 1-year veterinary front desk experience preferred

Royal Vista Veterinary Specialist  is a fast-paced and exciting veterinary specialty & Emergency practice. We have a large clientele that we constantly meet or exceed their expectations.

Job duties include, but are not limited to :

  • Provide general office support for the veterinary practice
  • Greeting clients / patients
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Preparing medical records
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • Presenting and processing financial options as well as processing and balancing financial payments

    Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $15-$19 / hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
