A premier intellectual property litigation team is seeking an attorney with 2-5 years of patent litigation experience to work on complex engineering and technology-related disputes . This role is ideal for candidates with a strong technical background who are comfortable handling courtroom advocacy, depositions, and direct client interactions .
Position Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in patent litigation matters before U.S. District Courts and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB)
- Conduct case analyses, legal research, and draft pleadings
- Handle fact and expert discovery , including depositions and strategic trial preparation
- Research and draft motions, claim construction briefs, and trial-related filings
- Work directly with clients and opposing counsel to develop litigation strategies
- Engage in pre-trial and trial activities in high-stakes cases
