Responsibilities :

• Engage with customers to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Generate and follow up on leads, converting them into sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
• Analyze project specs to estimate costs, coordinating with engineering and production teams for accuracy.
• Communicate cost estimates to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring understanding.
• Maintain organized records of estimates, sales activities, and prepare performance reports.
• Build strong customer relationships, seeking feedback to improve products and services.
