KITCHEN LEAD
- A kitchen lead is responsible for leading the Back of House Operations, on shift, in the restaurant. We are looking for people with a passion for the kitchen including;
food preparation, presentation and operations. You should be dependable and hard-working for this position. If you can bring positive vibes, knife skills and attention
to details then this is the job for you. We love to promote from within and our kitchen leads have a flexible schedule and the ability to grow into a kitchen management position.
Responsibilities :
Lead the kitchen in food preparation and production with attention to quality and presentationAbility to lead all kitchen positions proficiently, following all Tokyo Joe's standards and proceduresCreates and follows through on the completion of the kitchen prep listLeader in food safety, sanitation, kitchen cleanliness, and equipment maintenanceProficient Knife handling skillsManage others through positive communication, teamwork, and delegation to complete tasksOpen and close the restaurant by executing high standardsReceiving and verifying food deliveries ensuring FIFO organizationCrisis management and ability to react quickly to changeBenefits :
