A company is looking for a Guide-Specialist to provide exceptional support and assistance to members.Key Responsibilities : Serve as the primary point of contact for members, providing assistance through various communication channelsGuide members through complex processes and collaborate on personalized family support plansMaintain accurate records of member interactions and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processesRequired Qualifications : Fluency in English and Quebecois (French-Canadian)Certified or trained in lactation (IBCLC required), sleep coaching, social work, or elder care / caregivingExperience providing support to parents, caregivers, and / or familiesAbility to creatively problem-solve and make decisions autonomouslyEagerness to work in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment
