A leading rehabilitation center in Queens, NY, is seeking a Rehab Program Director with a strong background in mental health and addiction treatment. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage daily operations, oversee admissions, and guide a team while maintaining a business-minded approach to program growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities Include :

Overseeing day-to-day operations of the rehab program.

Managing client admissions and ensuring an efficient intake process.

Supervising and supporting a team of mental health and addiction professionals.

Conducting clinical assessments as needed.

Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and treatment best practices.

Developing and implementing effective rehabilitation programs.

Tracking key performance indicators and optimizing program efficiency.

Collaborating with external agencies and community partners to enhance services.

Ideal Qualifications :

Master’s degree in Mental Health or a related field (required).

Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within addiction treatment.

Strong understanding of addiction treatment methodologies and clinical best practices.

Business-minded approach with experience managing operations and budgets.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
