Job Title : Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Specialty : OB / GYN

Job Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day 3x12-Hour (8 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM, Monday-Friday)

Guaranteed Hours : Not specified

Experience : Must have at least 2 years of LVN clinical experience with 1 year in OB / GYN

License : LVN License required

Certifications : BLS, IV Certified, NST experience required

Must-Have : Competency in OB / GYN procedures, outpatient clinic, or urgent care experience

Job Description :

• Assist with OB / GYN procedures.
• Provide care primarily for adult patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Must adhere to the specified shift hours of Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
• Wear grey scrubs as part of the dress code.
• Submit any requests for time off during submission with no exceptions.
• Completion of pre-start modules which include non-billable hours, with specifics varying by specialty.
• Flu vaccine required with exceptions only for medical or religious reasons.

Note : Ensure that any requested time off is presented upon submission and should remain limited during the assignment. Additionally, there is an opportunity to extend the assignment by an extra week upon discussion and approval.
