A Boutique Family Investment Office located in Palm Beach, FL is seeking a new Full-Time / Permanent Receptionist to join its growing team / new office! This person will sit at the front desk and report to the VP of Operations who is lovely! Candidates must have a minimum of 1-3+ years of applicable entry-level reception / administrative experience and a Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred / required. They should be extremely polished, professional, positive, proactive, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
